Common Questions
What's my free account, and why do I need it?
Your free account is one sign-in. It works across 14 Muslim platforms: UmmahJobs (Muslim career board), UmmahCauses (no platform fee on donations), ummah.city (digital community), @ummah.email, and more. Think of it as your digital passport for the Ummah. A free account gives you access to job listings, the community directory, and basic features.
What is @ummah.email?
@ummah.email is a Muslim-owned email screen name. Think of it as your digital identity in the Ummah, an inbox that belongs to you, not to an ad platform. Reserve your preferred name now, Ummah One members get instant access.
Does my membership work outside ummah.city?
Yes. Your one sign-in works on every Ummah site. Your @ummah.email screen name is your name everywhere, and your Ummah One perks (the inbox, your ummah.me page, 2x points on missions and stories) work on each site that carries them, not just ummah.city.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your membership anytime from your account dashboard. Keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is this available in my country?
Yes, available in every country. Pay-what-you-like pricing means you choose what fits your budget, $3/mo to $25/mo. The suggested amount is $7.86 but any amount from $3 up unlocks all Ummah One benefits.
