This authentic, Japanese-style hibachi food truck is the first of its kind in Houston, TX. It was opened by a Texas Southern University graduate in 2022 and is located at 4501 Almeda Rd in the Bus Stop Food Truck Park. The menu includes grilled Bro-Ritos, various proteins, and five signature sauces. The truck is open from 5–12 AM, Wednesday through Saturday, and 3–10 PM on Sunday. The second truck is available for catering and private bookings. This food truck is halal. They use certified halal meats and seafood, as well as house-made sauces and flavored lemonades. The menu includes options such as filet mignon, chicken, shrimp, lobster, and five signature sauces.
