Using the best of Lebanese cuisine, the core of Hawilo Grill’s offerings is our special Whole BBQ Chicken, our fresh farm to kitchen shish grill options cooked over an open fire wood grill and our specialty items like our home-made burgers and arrayes. Only the finest U.S.A. produced meat, fresh produce and ingredients are used. Freshness is key; for example, our famous Whole BBQ Chicken is cooked upon order so it’s always fresh!
