About Us The Albanian-American Islamic Center of Queens (AAICQ) is a vibrant community hub founded in 1997, dedicated to preserving and promoting the religious and cultural identity of Albanian Muslims in the New York metropolitan area. Under the guidance of experienced imams, AAICQ offers regular prayers, educational programs, cultural events, and social services to support spiritual growth and community unity. Welcoming all Muslims and community members, the center fosters a welcoming environment focused on faith, learning, and mutual understanding.
